Butter chicken in the slow cooker making the house smell delicious. Gorgeous organic chicken thighs from @ourcowau.
My recipe is full of beautiful warming spices, but I like to add other nutrient rich goodies just to make it that bit more nourishing.
I add tigernut flour which is rich in minerals like calcium, phosphorus, iron & zinc. Instead of chicken stock (which unless made at home is generally full of nasty additives) I use a mixture of organic chicken bone broth from @boneafidebrothco and chicken gravy powder from @the_wholefood_collective.
