Try this healthy option for your next meal, high in healthy proteins, packed with nutrients.
Sometimes you and the family just feel like Fried Rice. Why not make it a really healthy fried rice, high in protein and nutrients but with an amazing taste.
This will serve 4-6 people easily or save for weeks meal prep. Great high protein snack for lunch each day. Adjust serving size as needed.
Ingredients and process: Bone Broth Recipe
- Take 1 litre of water and heat in pot
- Once boiling add 4 of the Bone Broth Bombs and Organic Tamari
- dissolve
- Add your choice of rice, here we chose Black Rice. The rice will absorb the broth adding more protein and nutrients instead of just regular water
- Take 2 chicken breasts and slice into chunks. Cook until slightly browned. Don’t over cook
- Add your choice of sliced vegetables. Here we chose Jewish carrots, shallots, beans, celery.
- Cook with a healthy serving of Olive Oil.
- Add Tamari Sauce to preference
- Take a high quality salami and dice. Add the chicken and Salami to the cooked vegetables.
- Try to time the rice based on the type you chose to absorb all the bone broth and add to the vegetables and meats and stir in.
