Recipe: Black Fried Rice

Try this healthy option for your next meal, high in healthy proteins, packed with nutrients.

Sometimes you and the family just feel like Fried Rice. Why not make it a really healthy fried rice, high in protein and nutrients but with an amazing taste.

This will serve 4-6 people easily or save for weeks meal prep. Great high protein snack for lunch each day. Adjust serving size as needed.

Preparation:

  1. Take 1 litre of water and heat in pot
  2. Once boiling add 4 of the Bone Broth Bombs and dissolve
  3. Add your choice of rice, here we chose Black Rice. The rice will absorb the broth adding more protein and nutrients instead of just regular water
  4. Take 2 chicken breasts and slice into chunks. Cook until slightly browned. Don’t over cook
  5. Add your choice of sliced vegetables. Here we chose Jewish carrots, shallots, beans, celery.
  6. Cook with a healthy serving of Olive Oil.
  7. Add Tamari Sauce to preference
  8. Take a high quality salami and dice. Add the chicken and Salami to the cooked vegetables.
  9. Try to time the rice based on the type you chose to absorb all the broth and add to the vegetables and meats and stir in.
