We found a great recipe from Healthstartsinthekitchen.com for this great Bone Broth Latte. Below is why she created it and how to make it
“So, one day when I was heating my morning mug of bone broth and trying to figure out what to eat for breakfast, I had an idea…. if butter/mct oil is yummy blended into coffee, wouldn’t it also be good blended into my mug of broth?!? And the bone broth latte was born (or a frothy brothy as my husband likes to call it)”
Ingredients:
- 1 mug of bone broth (beef or chicken) Broth Bombs
- 1+ tablespoons of Coconut Oil (unrefined)
- 2 scoops Collagen for additional 18 grams of protein
Optional ingredients:
- 1 + tablespoons of MCT oil in place of Coconut Oil. We recommend the oldest brand in supplements in Australia for a high quality MCT Oil. Melrose Health
Instructions:
Combine the hot bone broth , coconut oil and butter in your blender and carefully blend on high for 20 seconds
